Hosting Issues
Dr Adept has always tried to supply the best service and value for money.

Spam is making this very difficult as the majority of spam comes from bouncebacks, this is where spammers on domain A create emails sending to domain B but set a from address of domain C.

If the email does not reach domain B then it is bounced back to domain C causing a huge burden on that server.

If your domain is used as a bounce-back or you are sharing your hosting with some other domain that is used as a bounce-back then this can cause delays in email as well as in some cases domains being blacklisted.

Hosting Accounts
Dr Adept now have three types of dedicated servers depending on your requirements.

1. Standard Shared Dedicated Account is a server shared by up to 50 domains or accounts.

2. Limited Domains Dedicated is a new service which will be available for those who require a little more bandwidth and will only share with up to 5 other domains or accounts.

3. Full Dedicated is for those who wish to have their own unique server so no other domain can interfere with your email or web services.

Standard Hosting
As Dr Adept only supply hosting for our own designs we have total control over all domains, accounts and servers.

All Standard accounts are hosted on a shared account system and, for most, this should be adequate.

For those who regard email and web use as an essential part of their business or day to day workings you may wish to consider a Limited Domains Dedicated or Full Dedicated server.
