Spam Causing Chaos
Like many people who rely on their email to keep in contact with clients, family and friends I have had enough of all this spam. Some days are better than others I may get less than 500 but most days I have to wait to do any email work because of the 1500 or so junk emails trying to sell me Viagra and penis extensions.

I have decided to test as many spam filter software as I can, publishing the results on First Aid for Computers.
I have decided to start testing Qurb available at www.qurb.com/land/atag/dradept-1
Very easy to install, adds a little three option button bar to Outlook. On the first day most of my incoming email was sent to the Qurb folder for checking. Selecting the folder showed a window with all the new emails. Marking any that are not spam was easy, just tick the box, once I had gone through then and clicked OK all the spam was marked as read and all the non-spam was placed back in my Inbox ready for reading.
So far it is a great spam filter doing the job, more details to appear soon.
